Frank Paladino
Ask Liz as Frank is the quiet type. It is all in her about section.
She just said.. I DO, but her past was all about Why KNOT? Lizzie is first and foremost a true entrepreneur. She arrived in NYC in 1982 from Seattle Wa. to pursue a Dance Career. Two Suitcases, 500 hundred bucks to her name and she landed in east Harlem to sleep on the floor..
To support her dream she worked in the largest restaurant establishments of NYC. She ended up managing an Italian restaurant, Fiasco on 23rd street in Chelsea and kept the owners happy, till that Monday. .
Her passion remained dance. She turned her skill of tightrope walking, which garnered her a SAG card into opening a boutique personal training studio in mid town Manhattan, Aline Fitness. Later her husband, (Father of her three children) became part of her business. They trained Manhattaites, Politicians, Actors and high profile figures and was featured in
After her first child was born, the fit and savvy new MOM found that motherhood had new challenges like NO GYM. With the help of her husband making fun of her new mommy body. she created Strollercize® in 1995. She realized the stroller could be a fitness apparatus. She created Strollercize the first fitness business in the world that used a Stroller. She wrote the book Strollercize The Workout for New Mothers in 2003 by Random House. After many features on Good Morning American, Date Line, CNN, The Today Show and Regis and Kelly and hundreds of magazines and T.V. shows: She knew, she had her dream come true, dancing behind a stroller.
The Divorce was tough. Very Tough and she lost a lot. But as all entrepreneurs their passion rules their success. She left Manhattan and moved to Naples to never marry again. She just wanted to get her family out of NYC. She took her training online and by accident invented a training tool that got her almost on Shark Tank twice.. But, God had another plan.
She met her now husband in 2007. Frank and Lizzie are unique. Very different. But very much the same Yoke. They are at the end of a rainbow on opposite sides. . They compliment each other. Not sure who is the bread or who is the meat. But it does not matter.. They need each other to make a great Yacht Club Sub and Now, Offshore.
Read Frank;s Bio. One can see that it was not just chemistry, but they needed each other’s smarts to move to the future of Frank’s Dream.. Lizzie’s dreams have already come true.
